📦 Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging
• Customers must contact us before sending any return

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

🔄 Exchanges

• We offer exchanges depending on product availability
• If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
